MOQ depends on the product and whether items share a container. Many buyers order by the full or mixed 20ft/40ft container. Tell us your products and target quantity and we will confirm a workable MOQ rather than force a fixed one.

Yes. Mixed containers are common — tie wire, mesh, fasteners and fencing can ship together. We plan the loading so different items travel safely in one shipment and reduce your freight cost per unit.

Yes. A first trial order — often a single product or a part-container — is welcome so you can verify quality and the working relationship before scaling to full-container volumes.

Product, size/gauge/grade (or a drawing), finish, quantity, destination port and any packing preference. The more precise the requirement, the faster and more accurate the quotation.

Yes. We provide pre-production samples so you can approve gauge, finish and packing before mass production. Sample and courier costs are quoted case by case and are often credited against the order.

Incoming material, dimensional control, surface/coating condition, functional fit, and count/weight are checked against the order sheet, with records kept per the agreed evidence set. Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified.

Yes. We welcome third-party or buyer-appointed pre-shipment inspection. Tell us the standard and AQL level and we will coordinate access and provide the documentation.

Yes. Mill test reports (MTR), material certificates and certificates of origin or conformity are provided where your market or contract requires them.

Confirmed specification deviations are resolved by rework, replacement or credit under the agreed terms. The approved specification and inspection photos are the reference, which is why we lock the spec before production.

Lead time is usually 15–35 days after order confirmation, depending on product, quantity and season. We confirm an exact schedule with your quotation.

Often yes. Standard galvanized wire, black annealed tie wire and welded mesh can run faster or ship from stock. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you what is available sooner.

Capacity tightens before Chinese New Year and during peak construction season. Order earlier for those windows and we will confirm a realistic, committed date rather than an optimistic one.

Common terms are T/T with a deposit and the balance against shipping documents, or L/C at sight for larger orders. We propose suitable terms with your quote.

FOB and CIF are most common; we also quote EXW, CFR or DAP on request. We plan booking and documents to match the Incoterm you choose.

We build on references and repeat relationships, support staged payments and trade-assurance style arrangements, and welcome third-party inspection before the balance is paid.

Yes. Send the drawing — anchor bolts, 3D fence panels, special mesh, bent parts — and we confirm geometry, tolerance and finish before production starts.

Yes. Tell us the standard your market requires — for example ASTM A1064/A82 (wire and mesh), ASTM F1554 (anchor bolts), ASTM A641 (galvanized wire), EN or AS/NZS references — and we produce and document accordingly.
