What length form stake should I use?
Pick a stake roughly twice your form height so enough length drives into the ground for stability — for example a 24" stake for typical 8–12" forms. Softer soils may need longer stakes.
Are steel form stakes reusable?
Yes — steel form stakes are made to be pulled, cleaned and reused across many pours. Nail-holes down the stake let you re-nail at fresh positions, and a light oiling before storage prevents rust so they last for years on a concrete crew.
What is the difference between round, flat and square form stakes?
Round stakes drive easily and suit general form work; flat stakes resist twisting and hold form boards flat; square stakes give the most grip in loose soil. Wall thickness and diameter set how much driving abuse a stake takes before it bends.
What finish and packing do form stakes ship in?
Plain (bright) steel is standard for reusable site stakes; hot-dip galvanized is available where stakes stay in ground or store outdoors. We pack in bundles or crates by length, with MOQ from one pallet up to a full container and 15–30 day lead times.
